Questions we get asked
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. You only pay for the work, and we agree a fixed price with you before we start.
How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
We cover North West London 24/7. When you call, you speak to the electrician and we give you a realistic arrival time there and then. Call 07539 376177.
How much does an EICR cost?
From £140 for a studio or 1–2 bed, £180 for 3 bed and £220 for 4+ bed. The report is usually issued the same day.
Are you NAPIT or NICEIC registered?
We’re NAPIT registered. NAPIT and NICEIC are both government-approved Part P schemes, so we can self-certify work and issue the certificates landlords, councils and insurers ask for.
Do I get a certificate at the end?
Yes. Every job is tested before we leave and you get the right certificate — an Electrical Installation Certificate for new circuits, fuseboards and rewires, or a Minor Works Certificate for smaller jobs. Notifiable work is registered with building control through NAPIT for you.
Can I get a quote on WhatsApp?
Yes — send us a photo of the problem or the job and your postcode on WhatsApp, and we’ll usually reply with a price straight away.
Do you take on bigger jobs like extensions and new builds?
Yes — as well as small jobs and emergencies we do full and partial rewires, kitchen and loft conversions, extensions and new-build electrics, working alongside your builder. WhatsApp us your plans for a quote.
